The 2025/26 Gainbridge Super League breaks this week as players from around the league head for international duty at the senior and youth international levels, with players set to compete in qualifying for the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup in both Concacaf and UEFA and the 2026 SheBelieves Cup, while in Australia the 2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup kicks off early on Sunday morning.
Here’s where the Gainbridge Super League’s players are headed on international duty, the storylines to follow, and where you can tune in for the action.
Concacaf W Qualifiers
Dominican Republic
Players: Kat Gonzalez (FTL)
Games: vs. Belize (2/28, 7 p.m. ET); at Anguilla (3/6, 3 p.m. ET)
Fort Lauderdale United’s Kat Gonzalez and the Dominican Republic will try to take care of business – and set up a potentially decisive game with Haiti to close the group stage in April – as they face winless Belize and Anguilla this window. Gonzalez went the full 90 minutes as the Dominican rallied from a two-goal deficit to earn a 2-2 draw with Suriname in its opening group games, and with a maximum six points would enter the final window on top of the group.
Haiti
Players: Claire Constant (DC)
Games: at Suriname (3/3, 5 p.m. ET
Haiti and DC Power FC veteran Claire Constant face off with Suriname in a potentially key game in Group D in Paramaribo, Suriname. Haiti took a convincing victory against Belize in its opening game, while Suriname enters with four points from two games after being held to a 2-2 draw by the Dominican Republic in December. Victory for Haiti – which as the top-ranked team entered the group as favorites to advance – would move it ahead of Suriname ahead of a two-game window in April and a chance to seal advancement.
Jamaica
Players: Sydney Schneider (TB)
Games: at Nicaragua (3/2, 6 p.m. ET)
Tampa Bay Sun FC goalkeeper Sydney Schneider and Jamaica face the critical game of their group stage on the road against Nicaragua, which took two wins from two games to sit top of Group B after the first window. Jamaica reeled off an 18-0 win against Dominica as Schneider played the second half, and sitting at No. 39 in the FIFA rankings the Reggae Girlz will be favored against their hosts, but Jamaica can’t slip up if it’s to claim top spot and advance to the next stage.
Puerto Rico
Players: Jill Aguilera (CAR), Sydney Martinez (CAR), Christina Roque (JAX), Maria Tapia (CAR)
Games: vs. St. Vincent and the Grenadines (2/27, 7 p.m. ET), at U.S. Virgin Islands (3/5, 2:30 p.m. ET)
The Gainbridge Super League’s Puerto Rican quartet will aim to keep the country’s potential path to the 2026 Concacaf W Championship – and through that the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup – on track with a showdown with Mexico looming in April. Jill Aguilera starred in El Huracan Azul’s opening victory against Saint Lucia in December, bagging four goals in a 7-0 victory, as Christina Roque recorded the shutout, and the side will now aim to replicate that performance to keep pace with El Tri, which plays Saint Lucia on March 2.

UEFA World Cup Qualifying
Bosnia and Herzegovina
Players: Emina Ekic (LEX)
Games: vs. Estonia (3/3, 1 p.m. ET), vs. Liechtenstein (3/7, 1 p.m. ET)
2024/25 Gainbridge Super League Player of the Year Emina Ekic is set to lead Bosnia and Herzegovina as it kicks off its journey to a potential berth at the 2027 FIFA Women’s World Cup with two home games, including a potentially crucial opening matchup against Estonia. Placed in Group C1 of qualifying, Bosnia and Herzegovina enters as the top-ranked team in the group at No. 63 in the FIFA rankings, but only the group winner is guaranteed to advance to UEFA’s playoff for the final tickets to the tournament, meaning a strong start is likely essential.
Scotland
Players: Georgia Brown (JAX)
Games: at Luxembourg (3/3, 2:30 p.m. ET), vs. Luxembourg (3/7, 12 p.m. ET)
Placed in Group B4, Scotland has simply to finish in the top three out of four to advance to the knockout stage of qualifying, but Sporting Club Jacksonville’s Georgia Brown and her teammates will want to maximize its home-and-home series against Luxembourg this window with a home-and-home series against group favorite Belgium coming in April and the group winner theoretically getting an easier path to the World Cup in Brazil. Coming off strong performances in the past month for Jacksonville, and currently sitting with a +2.97 Goals Added mark, Brown could make an impact in the side’s back line.
2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup
Philippines
Players: Carleigh Frilles (DC), Katrina Guillou (DC)
Games: vs. Australia (3/1, 4 a.m. ET), vs. South Korea (3/4, 10 p.m. ET), vs. Iran (3/8, 5 a.m. ET)
DC Power FC’s Carleigh Frilles and Katrina Guillou and the Philippines Women’s National Team will be center stage on the opening night of the 2026 AFC Women’s Asian Cup as they square off with hosts Australia in Perth with the aim of replicating the side’s run to the Semifinals four years ago. The Filipinas also square off with South Korea and Iran in the group stage with the top two teams set to advance automatically to the knockout stage along with the two best third-placed finishers. Guillou heads to the competition having recorded six chances created in 331 minutes, while Frilles has seen limited action this campaign, but both will be eager to make their mark down under.
South Korea
Players: Na-Yeong Shin (BKN)
Games: vs. Iran (3/2, 4 a.m. ET), vs. Philippines (3/4, 10 p.m. ET), vs. Australia (3/8, 5 a.m. ET)
Na-Yeong Shin and South Korea head to the Asian Cup with the side looking to go one better than its runner-up finish in the 2022 edition of the competition, with the 26-year-old defender having recorded seven starts in 11 appearances as she heads to Australia. Shin has been solid defensively this campaign, winning 13 of 17 tackles while logging while recording 28 clearances and eight interceptions and could square off with fellow Gainbridge Super League players in the second game of the group stage as South Korea and the Philippines meet in a rematch of the Semifinals in the 2022 tournament that South Korea claimed 2-0.
