2026 Fall Season Week 2 Power Rankings

A pair of clubs sit with two wins out of two to kick off the 2026 Gainbridge Super League Fall season after the past weekend’s action saw a major landmark for Carolina Ascent FC and an impressive comeback from Sporting Club Jacksonville to maintain its undefeated record against its in-state foes. 

With Week 2 in the books, here’s how all eight clubs stack up in the first power rankings of the Fall season.

The full back play of Jill Aguilera and Addisyn Merrick helps the team tick in attack, and Reese Tappan is already fitting in wonderfully on the back line.
2		Lexington SC (1-0-0) Week 3: vs. DC	1 Last Week: 1	With the nature of the fall season, Lexington will have seen Carolina and Jacksonville rack up wins in the past week and know it must go out and match them win for win.
3		Sporting JAX (2-0-0) Week 3: vs. DAL	Last Week: 3	Since being introduced into the starting lineup, Baylee DeSmit has come into her own. Her strike rate of a goal every 114.3 minutes is the best in Super League history among players with at least 10 goals.
4		DC Power FC (1-1-0) Week 3: @ LEX	2 Last Week: 6	DC Power only scored once inside the opening 15 minutes throughout the entire 2025/26 season. They doubled that total on Friday night in Brooklyn, setting a platform for a convincing first win of the season.
5		Tampa Bay Sun FC (0-1-1) Week 3: @ CAR	Last Week: 5	The Sun probably should have been ahead by more than a goal in Jacksonville at the halftime break and left the door open for Sporting to rally. The overall signs are positive, though, with a +2.07 Expected Goal Differential through two games.
6		Dallas Trinity FC (0-1-1) Week 3: @ JAX	2 Last Week: 4	Pretty fine margins in Trinity’s loss to Carolina. Who knows which way the game goes if Seven Castain’s finish doesn’t get cleared off the goal line by Ascent’s Reese Tappan midway through the second half?
7		Fort Lauderdale United FC (0-1-0) Week 3: vs. BKN	Last Week: 7	Fort Lauderdale United will have seen Brooklyn’s contest against DC on Friday and should have learned from it. Get out to a fast start as they did against Sporting JAX and they could be rewarded.
8		Brooklyn FC (0-2-0) Week 3: @ FTL	Last Week: 8	A problem Brooklyn FC had a season ago was slow starts, and that reared up again at home to DC on Friday. Brooklyn’s already allowed 5.75xG in two games and needs better intensity from the opening whistle.
