DALLAS TRINITY’S JASMINE HAMID HITS 15-GOAL LANDMARK
Trinity’s forward Jasmine Hamid scored final goal in her side’s 3-0 victory against Brooklyn FC on Saturday night. Hamid became the eighth player to hit 15 Super League goals and did so in 56 matches played over the course of the last three seasons.
SPORTING CLUB JACKSONVILLE REMAINS UNDEFEATED
Sporting Club Jacksonville extended its undefeated start to the 2026 Fall Season with a 1-1 draw against DC Power FC on Friday night at Audi Field as Maggie Illig scored her first goal in the professional ranks for the visitors. Sporting JAX is now undefeated in four consecutive outings but missed out on becoming the first side to record four straight wins to start a Super League season.

TAMPA BAY SUN HOST HOME OPENER
Tampa Bay Sun FC hosts its home opener on Saturday night, welcoming in-state rival Fort Lauderdale United FC to Suncoast Credit Union Field at 6 p.m. ET. The Sun are aiming to build on victory last time out against Carolina Ascent FC which lifted the side to four points from its opening three games of the season. Tampa Bay has gone undefeated (4-0-5) in its nine prior meetings with FTL UTD across the regular season and playoffs.
CAROLINA ASCENT’S ROAD WARRIORS
Carolina Ascent FC heads on the road for the third time this season against Lexington SC having won its opening two games away from home this season. Ascent’s road regular season winning streak is currently at a league record eight games, with its last away regular season loss coming on January 31 against Sporting Club Jacksonville.
ASCENT DUO IN SIGHT OF LANDMARKS
Carolina Ascent FC duo Mia Corbin and Audrey Coleman are both within notable individual landmarks entering Friday’s game with Lexington SC, with Corbin one goal or assist from reaching 25 goal contributions in the Super League’s regular season, and Coleman one goal from becoming the second player to log at least 10 goals and 10 assists in the regular season alongside 2024/25 Player of the Year Emina Ekic.

- Lexington SC enters Week 5 after its second bye in the opening four weeks of the season. In its last outing in Week 3, Lexington lost at home 2-1 to DC Power FC.
- Carolina is coming off a 3-0 victory at home against Fort Lauderdale United that saw Jill Aquilera, Mia Corbin and Audrey Coleman all scored in the first half and Corbin end the game with a goal and assist.
- Carolina Ascent travels to Lexington for the first time since the two sides last met in the Gainbridge Super League Final on May 30 when Lexington lifted the hardware after two extra time goals by Regan Steigleder and Addie McCain.
- Lexington’s home defeat to DC Power marked the club’s first loss at Lexington SC Stadium since March 8 against Dallas Trinity FC. Since then, Lexington recorded seven consecutive home wins across the regular season and playoffs.
- Carolina Ascent has won a league-record eight consecutive regular season road games, a streak that dates to the club’s 1-0 win against DC Power FC on March 17. Ascent is 17-6-7 away from home in the Super League regular season overall, six wins ahead of its closest rival.

- Dallas Trinity FC welcomes DC Power FC after securing its first win of the season last Saturday at the Cotton Bowl, earning a 3-0 victory against Brooklyn FC. Onyeka Gamero, Seven Castain and Jasmine Hamid all found the net for the hosts.
- DC Power continued to look strong after splitting the points with top-of-the-table Sporting Club Jacksonville in a 1-1 draw after defender Claire Constant scored her first goal of the season.
- Dallas Trinity’s Jasmine Hamid reached 15 regular season goals in the Super League with her second goal of the current campaign. Hamid reached the mark in her 56th regular season appearance.
- DC Power has recorded a league-high 73 shots in its opening four games of the season, logging a league-high 8.78 Expected Goals, an average of 2.20xG per 90 minutes.
- DC Power ranks first in the Super League with 46 shots inside the opposing penalty area, while Dallas Trinity ranks second with 38 shots inside the opposing penalty area, with Trinity’s shots 38 shots inside the box accounting for 82.6% of its total of 46 shots overall.
- Dallas Trinity’s Onyeka Gamero became the third-youngest player to score for Dallas Trinity in its history, opening her account aged 20 years, 194 days old. Only Rhea Moore and Sealy Strawn have scored at a younger age for Trinity.
