HISEY MAKES HISTORY
Spokane goalkeeper Hope Hisey became the first goalkeeper in league history to record 10 clean sheets with the 2-0 win on Saturday.
Additionally, the shutout ended Tampa Bay’s run of 19 consecutive matches with at least one goal. Spokane has won all three of its home matches against the Sun dating back to last season.
FOUR FOR FORT LAUDERDALE
Fort Lauderdale United won 4-1 on Saturday, snapping Dallas Trinity’s three-match winning streak. It was the most goals the team had scored in a single match and the largest margin of victory in club history.

Lexington and DC Power played to a scoreless draw last week. Before Friday, every time the two sides had played each other, at least three goals were scored.

WEEK 4 STORYLINES
SEARCHING FOR WINS
Tampa Bay and Carolina, the two teams with the most wins last season, are currently the only two that have not yet earned a win this season.
PLAYOFF REMATCH
Tampa Bay will host Dallas Trinity for the first time since the teams faced off in the semifinals of last season’s playoffs. Tampa Bay came from behind with goals from Tash Flint and Carlee Giammona to win 2-1 to advance to the Final.
UNDEFEATED RUNS
Lexington and DC Power are the two clubs competing this week that have yet to lose a match so far this season. A win or draw for either team would set a club record for longest undefeated run at four matches.

Tampa Bay Sun FC’s Jillian Shimkin has been suspended for one game following her red card for violent conduct against Spokane Zephyr FC on September 13. Shimkin will be unavailable for selection in Tampa Bay’s contest against Dallas Trinity FC on Saturday night.

- DC Power (1-0-2) remains undefeated after earning a point in a scoreless draw against Lexington last week. Brooklyn (1-2-1) returns to action after having Week 4 off.
- DC Power holds the lead in the all-time record against Brooklyn at 2-1-1. DC won 1-0 on the road in their last meeting with a first-half goal by Gianna Gourley on April 26.
- Morgan Aquino (DC) recorded her first clean sheet of the season last week. She moved up to tied fourth all-time with six clean sheets.
- Gianna Gourley has scored in both of her last two appearances against Brooklyn.

- Lexington (1-0-2) remains undefeated after earning a point in a scoreless draw against DC Power last week. Spokane (1-2-2) earned its first win of the season last week in a 2-0 victory against Tampa Bay.
- Spokane holds the lead in the all-time record against Lexington at 2-1-1. Zephyr won 2-0 in their last meeting behind goals from Emina Ekić and Ally Cook.
- Saturday will be the first time Emina Ekić, Alyssa Bourgeois, Taylor Aylmer and McKenzie Weinert play against their former club.
- Ally Cook (SPK) will face off against her former Chicago Stars teammate Sarah Griffith (LEX).
- Lena Silano (SPK) will face off against her former Long Beach State teammate Maddy Perez (LEX).
