
Five Gainbridge Super League standouts have answered the call to represent their country in a showdown between England and the U.S. U-20 Women’s National Teams on November 29. The players will travel to San Pedro del Pinatar, Spain for the international friendly. Both England and the U.S. have already secured qualification for the U-20 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which will take place in Poland next September, but this friendly is an important chance for both squads to strategize and prepare for the upcoming tournament.
U.S. U-20 Women’s National Team Call-Ups
Ashlyn Puerta – Sporting JAX
The Golden Boot leader has made her mark in the Gainbridge Super League this season, drawing notice from her national team. The midfielder earned her first U.S. U-20 cap in May 2025 in the CONCACAF Women’s U-20 Championship in Costa Rica, where her side dominated its group matches to ultimately qualify for the 2026 FIFA U20 Women’s World Cup and earn the top seed.
Sealy Strawn – Dallas Trinity FC
The reigning Young Player of the Year has been an asset in Dallas Trinity’s attack this season, playing in every match and recording two goals and an assist. The forward has also gotten on the scoresheet for the U.S. this year, slotting home a goal for the U-20 squad in the CONCACAF U-20 Championship, boosting her side to an 8-0 victory over Guyana.
Charlotte Burge – Carolina Ascent FC
Following her recent participation in the U.S. U-20 October 2025 Camp, Charlotte Burge returns to represent her country at the end of November. The goalkeeper made history in the Gainbridge Super League after signing with Carolina Ascent in 2024 as the youngest professional goalkeeper in the U.S. and will be one to watch as she strives to cement herself in history with her national team as well.
England U-20 Women’s National Team Call-Ups
B Hylton – Carolina Ascent
Carolina Ascent’s first Academy player to sign a professional contract, B Hylton, returns to represent England with the U-20 squad at the end of November. The 18-year-old midfielder previously represented England’s U-19 side in 2024, and has made six appearances for the Ascent this season. Hylton will line up on the opposite side of the pitch from her Carolina teammate, Charlotte Burge.
Princess Ademiluyi – Fort Lauderdale United FC
Since joining Fort Lauderdale United FC on loan in September, Princess Ademiluyi has made eight appearances for the Florida side, creating two chances and winning 13 duels. Ademiluyi has long been a part of the England Youth National Team system, earning 14 caps with England’s U-19 squad since October of 2024. The forward most recently represented England in the UEFA Women’s U-19 Euro tournament in June 2025, where she started all three games for England, and has scored five goals in her last four matches for the Three Lionesses.
