Dallas Trinity won its third straight over a strong Carolina Ascent, catapulting the Texas side into a playoff position. Lexington and Sporting JAX both salvaged a point after late-match heroics.

Dallas Trinity FC won its third-consecutive match this week after a 1-0 victory at the Cotton Bowl over Carolina Ascent. While Carolina led Dallas in almost every statistic, Dallas managed to find the back of the net in Lexi Missimo’s first match back in the starting lineup after suffering an injury in February. Dallas will look to finish the Fall Schedule with another W at home against Lexington this weekend. |

Sporting JAX looked as though it was going to suffer its first loss since Halloween, but substitute Katie Sullivan pounced on the end of a rebound in the 89th minute and buried the equalizer, earning a point at home against Fort Lauderdale United FC. The expansion side closes out the Fall with a fourth meeting and second in three weeks against Tampa Bay Sun. |

While Lexington is still unbeaten this season, the team has drawn its last three matches, most recently finishing 2-2 at home against DC Power FC. The club will need a win against a red-hot Dallas to do something a Gainbridge Super League club has never done – go an entire Fall or Spring Schedule undefeated. |

While Brooklyn FC has had an up-and-down last few months, the team has won three of its last five matches and moved up the league standings to sixth place. Catherine Zimmerman netted a brace last week in the team’s dominate 3-0 win against Tampa Bay, and now the club goes into the Winter Break on a high. |
