STREAKS
Lexington SC’s 2-1 victory against Carolina Ascent FC was its second straight win and extended the team’s undefeated streak to a league-record 17 games across the 2024/25 – 2025/26 seasons.
Dallas Trinity FC’s 4-0 victory against Fort Lauderdale United extended Trinity’s undefeated streak to six matches. It’s one shy of the club’s longest undefeated streak all-time of seven games between October 6-November 23, 2024.
Sporting JAX’s 1-0 loss to DC Power FC lost their first match since 10/31/25, ending their six-match unbeaten streak.
FIRST GOALS
Each of the three league matches this weekend featured a player scoring their first goal of the season for their respective team:
- Riley Parker scored her first goal of the season for Carolina.
- Alyssa Bourgeois scored her first professional goal for Lexington.
- Alyssa Walker scored her first goal for DC Power on her debut for the club. Walker had previously scored twice for Carolina prior to her move to DC.
- New signings Heather Stainbrook and Lauren Flynn both found the back of the net for Dallas.
ON THE ROAD
For this first time this season, every visiting team took victory against the home side in the weekly slate of game. Visitors Lexington SC, DC Power FC and Dallas Trinity FC went 3-0 against their hosts, outscoring them 7-1.
Additionally, Dallas Trinity’s four-goal performance against Fort Lauderdale United equaled the highest goal total by a visiting team in the Super League this season, matching Sporting JAX’s four-goal performance at Carolina Ascent in a 4-3 victory on September 28, and marked the highest Expected Goals mark by a visiting team this season at 2.76xG.
UNLUCKY LOSERS?
Sporting Club Jacksonville recorded the highest Expected Goals mark in defeat by a club this season against DC Power as the side failed to find the net despite a 2.56xG mark in its 1-0 loss. The previous high in the 2025/26 season was 2.22xG by Dallas Trinity FC, achieved in a 3-2 loss against DC Power on November 2.

RECORD WATCH
Two Sporting JAX players are within reach of setting new single-season records:
- Paige Kenton currently sits at six assists this season, and with another assist would tie the record set in 2024/25 by Golden Playmaker winner Jill Aguilera. With two assists, Kenton will set a new single-season league record.
- With 11 goals so far, Ashlyn Puerta is two goals away from tying the league’s single-season scoring record set last year by Dallas’ Allie Thornton (13 goals).
FIRST TIME FOR EVERYTHING
Spokane Zephyr FC and Sporting JAX will meet for the first time on Wednesday night as the two battle it out at Jacksonville’s Hodges Stadium. The two sides will meet again on March 28 in Jacksonville and April 19 in Spokane.
Additionally, Tampa Bay and DC will meet for the first time this season in Week 19.

- Sporting JAX and Spokane have never previously met.
- Sporting JAX is coming off a 1-0 defeat against DC Power FC. Notably, Ashlyn Puerta missed a penalty in the final ten minutes of play.
- Spokane did not compete in Week 18 but has a doubleheader as the team travels to the East Coast to take on both Sporting Jax (Wednesday) and Carolina Ascent FC (Saturday) as it bids to move above the playoff line.
- Spokane currently has three players who have played every minute of the season thus far (1,530 minutes) – Hope Hisey, Sarah McCoy and Reese Tappan.

- Carolina Ascent is coming off a 2-1 defeat against league-leaders Lexington SC.
- Spokane will be coming into this Saturday match up after a midweek matchup against Sporting JAX.
- Carolina and Spokane have played each other twice, both recording a win apiece on the other’s home turf. Spokane bested Carolina 1-0 at American Legion Memorial Stadium on Sept. 24 and Carolina defeated Spokane 2-1 at ONE Spokane Stadium on Oct. 30.
- Spokane goalkeeper Hope Hisey has recorded 22 saves at a save percentage of 75.9% in five prior appearances against Carolina Ascent. That trails only her 23 saves in seven meetings with Tampa Bay Sun FC for the most saves against an individual opponent in league history.
- Carolina Ascent FC’s Rylee Baisden has recorded two goals and one assist in five prior appearances against Spokane Zephyr, the most goal contributions for either side among active players.

- Fort Lauderdale United is coming off a 4-0 defeat at home against Dallas Trinity, which moved the club’s winless streak to seven games (0-5-2).
- Brooklyn FC rallied to earn a 1-1 draw against Dallas Trinity FC in its last outing on January 31 before having a bye during Week 18.
- Fort Lauderdale is 3-2-1 all-time in its series against Brooklyn FC, and has gone 1-0-1 this season after a 2-1 victory at Maimonides Park on September 27 led by goals from Stella Nyamekye and Kiara Locklear.
- FTL UTD has conceded 10 goals over its past three outings, matching its highest mark over a three-game span in club history and marking the first time it has conceded at least three goals in three consecutive contests.
- Brooklyn’s draw against Dallas Trinity FC marked the fourth time this season the side had rallied to earn a result. Only Lexington SC has rallied on more occasions during the current campaign, earning points five times after trailing.
- Fort Lauderdale’s Sh’nia Gordon has recorded three goals in six appearances against Brooklyn FC previously when the teams have met, the most goals by any individual in the series.

- Tampa Bay Sun FC played to a 2-2 draw against Spokane Zephyr FC at Suncoast Credit Union Field in its last outing on January 31 before a bye during Week 18 of the campaign.
- DC Power FC is coming off a 1-0 victory against Sporting Club Jacksonville last Saturday night to kick off its spring schedule, earning the club its first win since November 12 as Ashley Walker scored on her debut for the Power after joining the club during the winter break.
- Tampa Bay is undefeated in four prior meetings with DC, going 3-0-1, and has yet to allow a goal in the series, posting a 6-0 scoring advantage during the 2024/25 season. Saturday’s game will mark the first of three meetings between the clubs in the current campaign.
- The Power are undefeated in their last three contests after the club’s victory in Jacksonville. All three results have come against teams currently in the playoff positions in the standings, after draws against first-placed Lexington SC (Dec. 13) and fourth-placed Carolina Ascent FC (Dec. 20).
- Tampa Bay is looking for its first home win of the season, entering Saturday with an 0-3-4 record at Suncoast Credit Union Field. The Sun went 8-2-4 at home during the 2024/25 regular season on the way to claiming the Gainbridge Super League title.
- DC is tied for second in road victories in the league this season, with its win against Jacksonville moving the side to 3-3-2 away from home this season.
