BROKEN STREAKS
Lexington SC’s league-record 17-match unbeaten streak came to an end following the team’s 3-0 loss to Sporting JAX. The loss also broke a nine-game home undefeated streak for LSC, but the club’s eight-game away undefeated streak from the start of the 2025/26 campaign remains intact.
Dallas Trinity FC’s six-match unbeaten streak also came to an end after the team’s 2-0 loss to Carolina Ascent.
Currently, the longest streak in the league is held by DC Power FC, which has matched its club record of four unbeaten matches.
PUERTA’S GOAL CONTRIBUTIONS
Sporting JAX’s Ashlyn Puerta leads the league in goals (11) and sits behind teammates Meg Hughes and Paige Kenton (6 assists) at 5 assists, giving the club the top three individuals in assists entering the upcoming weekend.
The United States U-19 international’s 16 goal contributions also leads the league and have tied the regular-season record with 10 matches still to play this season.
10 FOR NASELLO
Sydny Nasello scored her ninth and 10th goal in the Gainbridge Super League in Tampa Bay’s 3-0 win over FTL UTD. Nasello became the 13th player to reach 10 goals in league history. The brace was also Tampa’s first brace of the 2025/26 season.
DOUBLE-DIGIT WINS FOR JACKSONVILLE
Sporting Club Jacksonville’s 3-0 victory away at Lexington SC moved the club to 10 victories this regular season. Sporting JAX is now only three victories from equaling the Gainbridge Super League’s single-season wins record of 13 victories set by Carolina Ascent FC in the 2024/25 season with 10 games to play in the regular season.
SUN RISES IN TAMPA BAY
Tampa Bay Sun FC earned its first home victory of the season with a 3-0 win against Fort Lauderdale United FC at Suncoast Credit Union Field, breaking an eight-game winless streak at home. The victory was the Sun’s first on home turf since the 2025 Gainbridge Super League Final against FTL UTD on June 14, 2025, and maintained Tampa Bay’s undefeated record against its in-state rival (3-0-5).
STUDER STEPS UP FOR ASCENT
Carolina Ascent FC center back Sydney Studer scored both goals as the hosts took a 2-0 victory against Dallas Trinity FC at American Legion Memorial Stadium. It marked the first brace for an Ascent player since Rylee Baisden in a 2-1 victory against Spokane Zephyr FC on October 30, 2025 at ONE Spokane Stadium, and the ninth in club history.
