22-year-old center back is currently in U.S. Women’s National Team Development Camp

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Lexington Sporting Club announced on Thursday the club had signed defender and University of Tennessee graduate Ally Brown to a contract through 2027. The transaction is pending league and federation approval.
Brown will join Lexington following the completion of the current U.S. Women’s National Team Development Camp in Los Angeles, where the 22-year-old joined current Gainbridge Super League players Ashlyn Puerta (Sporting Club Jacksonville) and Lexi Missimo (Dallas Trinity FC) in the 24-players squad called up to camp.
“I chose to sign with LSC because of the club’s culture and competitive environment,” said Brown. “I’m excited to get to work and be part of a team with championship-level goals.”
Over the past four seasons, Brown has been a standout for the Lady Volunteers, where she recorded three goals and 11 assists in 64 appearances. As a senior, she was named to the All-Southeastern Conference First Team and SEC Scholar Athlete of the Year. Brown had previously received All-SEC Third Team honors as a junior in 2024.
Brown was previously invited to U.S. U-17 training camps in 2019 and 2020.
